– Holder of a Diploma in Transformational Coaching with Animas, an ICF and Association for Coaching accredited coaching course

– Self-development/transformational training at Concord Institute. Completed multiple weekend courses and residential retreats over 12+ years including iEvolve, Foundation Course (x2), PIE (Power, Intent & Evolution) x2, Jumpstart (x2), Idols & Addictions and Heartspace. Extensive experience as production assistant in multitude of roles and programmes including Production Manager, Catering Manager and general production or kitchen assistant.

– Completed On Leadership and Being in Business programmes at the Concord Institute facilitated by David Norris which focus on empowerment, leadership, vision and purpose in relation to work life. 

– Completed Basic Alchemy introduction to Macrobiotic Principles programme facilitated by Michael Rossoff. Personal consultations with Michael Rossoff and UK medical herbalist Andrew Chevalier.

– 10+ years training in wholefood cooking through Concord School of Culinary Arts, under the tutelage of Jean Torné, Melanie Waxman, Mutsuko Johnson and other leading wholefood and macrobiotic teachers. Fulfilled role as Culinary School assistant manager, responsible for course enrolment and production.

– Completion of Mastery of Cooking year long intensive programme under the tutelage of Jean Torné.

– Completed a series of Tensegrity workshops and practice groups hosted by Cleargreen, in Bristol, Rimini (Italy) and Belgium.

– Completed 'The Way of the Superior Man' Weekend workshop with Eli Buren.

– Co-founder of Mens Group at the completion of the Eli Buren workshop, which ran fortnightly for 10 years until 2017.

– Production Manager/Faciltator for Rebel Wisdom’s New Masculinity weekend retreats.

– Creative/work coaching with Claudia Plen of Creative Alchemy.

– Completed a series of family constellation work with Janet Love of Love Constellation Therapy, including one-to-one sessions and group constellations.

– Completed an 8 week programme of Autogenics healing with Janet Love.

– 10+ years of Integral Core Therapy with Amadis Cammell.
